August 1st - Thankful Sunday !
I’m happy because I’m grateful. I choose to be grateful. That gratitude allows me to be happy.
As always for a Sunday, I’m sharing what I’ve been thankful for this week. There are so many it’s hard to list them all.
I’m thankful for another new month. Every day is such a gift and I’ve been blessed to wake up each day and although summer is now fast fleeting, I’m thankful for another warm and toasty month.
I’m thankful for having a sister, to visit and love. I’m so thankful that at least I still have one left. We share so many memories that others don’t have. Sometimes they aren’t all the same ones either. She remembers much better what I forget.
I’m thankful that although we now have a variant of the virus that is spreading like wildfire, all my family are still healthy and safe We’ve come through another week where no one is sick or has to isolate themseelves.
I’m thankful that all my grandchildren will be returning to school this year and no longer have to do it online. They may have to wear masks, but that will only help them to stay safe until they all can be vaccinated too.
I’m thankful for all the friends that I have, both in person and on line. —
You all help to support me and make me feel very loved.
I’m thankful that although I having trouble sending out emails, I can still do a post on blogger. I don’t know what’s causing the problem. My internet seems to be working because I still get emails, just can’t send them out.
I hope you all can count your blessings too and not forget about the problems. It’s an easy way to feel better.
Always have an attitude of gratitude.
