Chapter 7, Page 24, Book 21

If you are truly ready you never have to get ready.

Will Smith

July 24th - get ready, get set, go…

Opportunity doesn’t make appointments, you have to be ready when it arrives.

Tim Fargo

The best way to be ready for anything that comes your way, you have to be prepared. There is no way of telling what might happen tomorrow, so we best prepare ourselves to accept most anything that comes our way.

I try to go with the flow and not let anything upset me.  I’ve learned to be very flexible and I can do what is needed in just about any case.

I’ve got money saved so I’ll be ready for a rainy day.  I keep the house in good order so I can leave at a moments notice and not have to worry.

I always have extra food on hand in case I can’t get out and shop.  And by keeping up with the laundry, I’m prepared to be able to wear clean clothing for weeks ahead.  I keep extra water on hand in case it stops working. I’ll never go thirsty.

I’ve learned to depend on my self for help, with a little help from God, I can do whatever it takes to get things done.  I always get a good nights sleep so I can prepare for another good day ahead.

I think I’m prepared for most anything, because we ever know what might happen next.

By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.

Benjamin Franklin

When I think of ready I remember my BIL Elmer. When asked if he was ready, his answer was ALWAYS "I was born ready!" And I remember hearing that my late friend Gary said when asked if he had his pocket knife he would respond, "Got my pants on ain't I?"
Yes it is always good to be ready.
Love it, you kick in some memories...
