Chapter 7, Page 17, Book 21

Wherever you are is where you need to be.

July 17th - wherever you are be all there

Wherever you go, go with all your heart.

Confucius

Life is more rewarding when we live purposefully in the present. By focusing on one task, one day at a time, we can become better people by using the resources we have on the hand.  Doing the best we can with what we have.  It’s a choice we all have.  We can moan about our circumstances or rejoice in what we have.

One of life ironies is that no matter how much we want to be different, wherever we go, there we are.  There is just no getting away from ourselves. We are who we are and when we accept that and work with it, we can be better and happier people.

Wherever we look, we are looking out the same pair of eyes; whatever we do, it’s still the same body doing it.The grass aways seems greener someplace slse, but in every relationship and every situation, there we are again.

Being right here with ourselves is exactly where we’re meant to be, because whenever we are fully here, this moment becomes the most precious delightful enjoyable and outrageous moment there is.  Just experience life as it is, without expectation, prejudice or longing and the world becomes extraordinary.

Being in the moment means having the courage to know we will never be someone other that who we are and that we are abosultly wonderful just as we are.  There is really nowhere else we need to go. It is impossible to think of somewhere else as being better, the grass is vividly green exactly where we are.

Wherever you go, you will find yourself right there.

The greater part of our happiness or misery depends on our dispositions and not our circumstances.  We carry the seeds of the one or the other about with us in our minds wherever we go

You'll be content when you accept who you are and what you have.

Good morning, Ma. This reminds me of something from my morning devotional: "Each moment we are weaving our tapestry of life. Each experience colors our design. I will be grateful for the experiences today that give my tapestry its beauty."
Have a great day!
