Chapter 5, Page 9, Book 21

A mother’s love for her child is like nothing else in the world.

Agatha Christie

May 9th- thankful Sunday on Mother’s Day 2021

There is no friendship no love; like that of the parent for the child.

Henry Ward Beecher

I am so thankful to be a mother and to have 7 children to love.  I can think  of no better occupation to have unless its being a grandmother, which is something I’m also thankful for.

I love all my large family!

It’s been so cold here it’s hard to believe it’s Mother’s Day already and almost the Middle of May.  It feels like it’s still March outside instead of May. But I’m thankful at least we haven’t got snow.

It’s been a week to be thankful for.  I’m thankful for something new every day.  I’m always seeing or learning something new it seems and am thankful that I can continue to learn and grow.

I’m thankful for all the books I have to read on my Kindle with the library app.  It’s free and provides any book I want to read.

I’m thankful that all my family are well and happy.  No more cases of the virus and many are now fully vaccinated.

I’m so thankful that vaccinations are being offered every where and hopefully soon the grandchildren will also be able to get them.  It would be wonderful if they could return to school  in the fall and not have to worry about the Corono Virus. It’s the best way to stop the spread.

A baby is something you carry inside you for 9 months, in your arms for three years and in your heart until the day you die.
