Chapter 5, Page 3, Book 21

Believe that will get better.

Author Unknown

May 3rd - for things to get better we have to believe they can

Believe your life will get better and that you will be fine.

Believing is the act of accepting that something is the truth. Everyone has core beliefs. They direct our actions and alter how we perceive the world,  Our beliefs end up reinforcing our behaviors dictating our lives.

Core beliefs are the truths we cling to and by which we base our life decisions. Life is a constant process of refining ourselves, our habits and our belief systems to achieve wholeness and fullfillment.

We can choose to feel, think and act differently and this choice is what leads to progress.

Beliefs whether positive or negative remain intact until we decide to question and instill a new set of beliefs.

They can either give us great comfort that all is well or hold us hostage to beliefs that hurt rather than help us.

If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything.

Gordon A Eadie

Beliefs are usually created by what we experience or what others tell us to be true.

Most of our beliefs are formed when we are children, particularly in the areas of love, respect, achievement, and safety.

Our limiting beliefs can cause us to miss out on things we want and empowering beliefs can drive us toward the life we want to live.

Faith is believing in things, when common sense tells you not to.

George Seaton

All things are possible when you believe.

THANKS AGAIN. At times it is hard to BELIEVE things will get better or WORK out, but they do. My 'belief is weak at times' but encouragement is always help.
Feeling the 'faith' from up there counts a lot.
Love to you

I really enjoyed this, Ma!
"Life is a constant process of refining ourselves." ..... struck a chord, on account I'm toying with the idea of a similar post. Sometimes I think what I was like and what I beleived in 30-40 years ago and scratch my head.
