Believe your life will get better and that you will be fine.
Believing is the act of accepting that something is the truth. Everyone has core beliefs. They direct our actions and alter how we perceive the world, Our beliefs end up reinforcing our behaviors dictating our lives.
Core beliefs are the truths we cling to and by which we base our life decisions. Life is a constant process of refining ourselves, our habits and our belief systems to achieve wholeness and fullfillment.
We can choose to feel, think and act differently and this choice is what leads to progress.
Beliefs whether positive or negative remain intact until we decide to question and instill a new set of beliefs.
They can either give us great comfort that all is well or hold us hostage to beliefs that hurt rather than help us.
If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything.

Most of our beliefs are formed when we are children, particularly in the areas of love, respect, achievement, and safety.
