Chapter 4, Page 6, Book 21

Be a warrior, not a worrier.

Author Unknown

April 5th - fight your fears

Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow it only saps today of its joy.

Leo F. Buscaglia

We can all be a warrior by believing that we are equipped to get through whatever is thrown at us.  Be confident and leave worry behind. Choose to be a warrior and not a worrier.

Our thoughts shape our actions and our mindset.  Keep your thoughts  positive and so you will be.

Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, Faith looks up.

Ralph Waldo Enerson

How we show up and fight the battles in life matters.  Worriers fight themselves while warriors fight the problem.  Since our fears and worries are attached to the future , the best way to stop worrying  is to focus on the present.

I’ve found there are many things I’m unable to fix, that are out of my control so rather than worry about them, I turn them over to One that can do something about them.  Letting go and letting God.  He is all powerful and will take care of any problems I can’t.

Every tomorrow has two handles.  We can take hold of it with the handle of anxiety or the handle of faith.

Henry Ward Beecher

Worry is a waste of time.

Good advice and ideas. Yes of course you ended with YOUR take before the TWO HANDLES, you said:
He is all powerful and will take care of any problems I can’t.

I must keep reminding myself of this, especially with my health. I start to worry at a 'sniffle' then must go positive and say what you said.
Love from us
Sherry & jack hope you are safe and warm.

Yes! Like what another blogger's DDH used to say: “Worry is interest paid in advance for trouble that rarely comes.”

I needed this.
