April 1st - We are what we think about.

Once you replace negative thought with positive one, you start having positive results.

Willie Nelson

Training your mind to see the good in everything will be one of the best steps you can take in creating an abundant and empowering life.

It’s so much easier and give in to the negative thinking and live your life blaming others, feeling hopeless and as if the world is out to get you…but if you challenge yourself to always find the positives, you will grow as a person and your life will suddenly give you more and more reasons to smile and enjoy every day.

I think to do things that make us happy and remember that this too shall pass, that the world will keep on spinning, is a choice  we have to make in each and every situation  What doesn’t kill you will only make you stronger.

You may have heard of this idea, but dismissed it.  The truth is, positive thinking is not just mere words.  Besides helping improve your mental health and general wellness, positive thinking helps boost you confidence and impact the relationships you have with others.

Positive thinking will let you do everything better thank negative thinking will.

YES! I agree with you 100%. Having a positive outlook and finding the silver linings in life, no matter how hard we have to look for them, has always sustained me. And sustains me still.

I try, and try, and try but then there are times Mr. Negative wins, but not that often anymore, so any improvement is good.
Love ya, and we had a good visit to your house, THANKS
