Chapter 3, Page 6, Book 21

Keep it real or keep it moving.

 March 6th -life goes on

We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because were curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

Walt Disney

Life is constantly changing and we need to change with it.  We need to keep moving on and not stuck in the past.

Keeping it real is to remain honest, genuine and authentic, to be true to oneself. Feeling stuck is often because you’ve lost your sight of the bigger picture and what’s important.

We have to remember the reasons, values and passions that drove us to make changes in the first place.  Remind ourselves of the original intentions and purpose. This gives us the motivation to get back on track and move forward.

Sometimes we just need a brain break, Shifting our forcus gives our brains a chance for quiet so we can come back with fresh minds and a new perspective.

Taking a hike, or a walk around the block may be all we need.  If we keep doing what’s not working, we get stuck and can’t move ahead.

Old habits and limited beliefs can hold us back.  We need to reframe our thinking to change the direction we’re headed.

A shift in thinking will give us new perspective that will bring energy, hope and positivity to your life.  We need to keep moving forward.

Any movement, momentum or shift can help us get unstuck and move forward in our life.

When you reach an obstacle, turn it in into an opportunity.  You have the choice.  You can overcome and be a winner, or you can allow it to overcome you and be a loser. The choice is yours and yours alone.  Refuse to throw in the towel.  Go that extra mile that failures refuse to travel. It its far better to be exhausted from success than to be rested from failure.

It is for sure we all sorta resist change. Change doesn't always please us mortals, but the statement I remember from a young SS teacher is:
"Things are subject to change." Not long after that she died suddenly, so was so young.
And yes we do get 'stuck in out way!' Therefore yep you are right and I quote you:............ "Any movement, momentum or shift can help us get unstuck and move forward in our life."
Sending ((HUGS)) your way

I like the idea of a 'brain break'! How many times I've struggled to think of something that I know as well as the nose on my face, but it eludes me. If, however, I release it and begin doing something else or reading a book, poof! Hours later, like magic, it comes to mind.
