Chapter 3, Page 29, Book 21

You are never too old and never too late.

Author Unknown

March 29th - There is always time.

Time is the coin of your life.  It is the only coin you have and only you can determine how it will be spent.  Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you.

Carl Sandburg

I like to think we have time for what we want to do and if we don’t have time, we really don’t want to do it.

We make time to spend with people that we love and for what we love to do.

We are truly never too old or too late.  Its never too late to be what you might have been. Never too late to start over, never too late to be happy.

They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but I think we are never too old to change for the better.

I know for certain that we’re never too old to learn something new.  I learn something new every day of my life.  There is no end to what we can learn.

It’s never too late to pursue our dreams.  No matter what we all need dreams to look forward to.  It’s never too late, no matter how old you get, because any time or at any point you always have a choice in what you want to do.

One of the most common things we tell ourselves is that, it’s too late.  But truly we always have time to do what we want to do.

Dont let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it.  The time will pass anyway, we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.

We all make the time for things we want to do. If we say we don't have time for something what it really means is that we don't want to do it!

Exactly! It may take me longer to do some things -- or recover from others (LOL) -- but I just have to prioritize. And remember to take care of mySELF in the process.

Carl Sandburg was one wise man. I enjoy any catch I can of his wisdom. I remember hearing someone say, "WE all have the same amount of time, 24 hours in a day, some just use it wiser!" Now that is a fact...

So very true. I love learning new things and hope I will for the remainder of my life. I feel so sad when dementia robs people of their ability to learn new things and they even forget what they once knew. xo Diana
