Chapter 3, Page 17, Book 21

May your blessings outnumber the Shamrocks that grow.

Irish Blessing

March 17th - Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

May your neighbors respect you.
Trouble neglect you.
The angels protect you.
And heaven accept you.

Irish Blessing

You know I’m always counting my blessings and think it’s important to give thanks, but I also think It’s just as important to give a blessing to those we care about.

Sharing is caring and we need to give to others.  We can be a blessing to others and wish them well.

When we share good words with others it makes them feel better.  Kind words mean a lot to those we may not see for awhile and gives them something good to remember about you.

Spoken words can bring hope, encouragement and direction to our families and friends. Our words have the power to do good or harm.  A spoken blessing does good to those who hear it.

When we speak well and give others a blessing you are directing God’s goodness to them.  It’s like an intercessory prayer.

We can count our blessings or use a blessing to others.  I think one is just as good as another.

May there always be work for your hands to do.
May your purse always hold a coin or two.
May the sun always shine warm on your windowpane.
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you,
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.
