Chapter 2, Page 28, Book 21

No duty is more urgent than that of returning thanks

February 28th - Thankful Sunday

Joy is the simplest form of gratitude.

Ken Barth

Thankfully this week was filled with a lot more good than bad.

After 5 days offline, my internet service was restored..  It took a wise and experienced technician to get the job done and he knew exactly what to to get me back on line and did it !

I got my 2nd dose of the vaccine and now feel safe in the knowledge that now I’m protected and won’t die of the corona virus.  It doen’t mean I won’t still take precautions.  I’ll still be making up and washing my hands in order to keep others safe .

My family are still well and healthy and no new cases of the virus have occurred.  A lot of them have been vaccinated too.  What a blessing!

Our severe winter weather has moved on and now we are experiencing warmer weather.  This weekend we are to  be in the 50’s and 60’s and it’s feeling a lot like Spring is finally coming our way.  Spring is my favorite season and I can hardly wait to see green and growing things.

There is so much to be thankful for and these are only the highlights.  Every day is something new to be thankful for.  Every day is a gift.  that’s why it’s called the present.

I hope you all have had  a wonderful week and take time to say thank you for all your blessings.

It makes such a difference in my life and brightens all my days.

When I started counting my blessings, my whole life turned around.

Always be thankful for what you have and don't complain about what you don't have. It will turn your life around.

Yes it sounds like you do have a lot to be thankful for, then of course we all do, and should exhibit that characteristic more often. Life is better when we are thankful, that is for danged sure. Glad you finished the shots. tis good to feel safe.
Love from down here, as we end this short month.
Sherry & jack sending hugs from afar. We all are glad you are back... we missed you.

Indeed! I think my aversion to warmer weather has begun to lesson since here in Alabama (v. Arizona), there's real evidence of Spring. Thank you for continuing to take precautions. I wish everyone felt the same way.
