You may not be there yet, but you are closer than you were yesterday.

February 13th - don’t give up

When the going gets tough, put one foot in front of the other and just keep going. Dont give up.

Roy T. Bennett

The difference between success and failure comes from persistence and the will to keep fighting for your dreams.  Your victory is right around the corner.

Being persistent isn’t always easy but it’s the only way we can accomplish great things.  We have to keep on trying and not give up.  It’s way too easy just to give up and quit.

Putting things off is one of my worst habits.  I tend to let things go and read a book instead.  But if I want to get anything done, I have to keep on going.  Its a matter of making up your mind to what you what you want to accomplish and wanting it bad enough to persist.

It’s better to take many small steps in the right direction than to make a great leap forward only to stumble backward.

Louis Sachar

I needed to read this! Not sure if it's our cold rainy weather or what -- but my motivation gets started, then stalls. And with it, my resolve.

Funny thing is, I make up my mind and start, then before I know it something else pops up and I get involved. BUT I am consistent and will cross the original path again and say, whoa, now where was I? And then continue. Yep, funny the way I do it, but I seldom GIVE UP!
Of course you give good advice and I enjoy the visits here.

It's all or nothing for me. I procrastinate but once I do get going I stay at it :)

My health has failed me and all the progress getting things done has been squandered. But your post gave me just the inspiration and motivation I needed to hear. Thank you Ma. I hope you find joy in your day. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY. Take care.
