Worry is a misuse of the imagination.

December 19th - life is too short to be unhappy
Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.
Benjamin Franklin
Worry its a waste of time and energy. And our time is very precious to us. It only creates more stress in your life. Our imaginations can spiral out of control.
Time spent worrying is time spent not living. It takes us out of the present moment and into the past, ruminating about what has already happened or into the future, projecting what might possibly come.
What we need to do is to keep in the present moment, and enjoy what we have now. Not worry about what may happen.
Don’t let the past steal your present. This is the message of Christmas: We are never alone.
Taylor Caldwell
How much better it would be to spend our time doing things we actually want to do. Enjoying the people we are with right now. Don’t lose sight of today, thinking about what might happen to tomorrow.
Worrying is truly the biggest time waster of all.
Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.
Leo F. Buscaglia

Worry is a big waste of time.
I read somewhere how much time people waste worrying about things that never happen. So it is good not to worry. I'm working on worrying less. This year has taught me that :)

I agree but boy has it ever been hard not to worry a lot this year!
You said it, Martha! I like what another blogger's husband says, "“Worry is interest paid in advance for trouble that rarely comes."
Nice visit, today you choose some wonderful graphic. For some reason they ALL spoke to me today. SWEET.
Be safe and warm
