Chapter 7, Page 9, Book 20

When we have each other, we have everything.

Author Unknown

July 9th -  We all need each other.

Life doesnt make any sense without interdependence .  We need each other, and the sooner we learn that the better for all of us.

Erik Erikson

Without others we don’t really have anything, but when we have a shoulder to lean on, and somebody to help us take a step up we have everything we need to make life feel worthwhile.

We’re all here to help each other. We cannot do it alone.  We aren’t meant to go it alone.  We’re in this together, for we all have different gifts and important work to do.

Every single one of us is necessary and together we make a whole.  In a social distancing world we need each other more than ever.  I’m blessed to have a wonderful support system in my family.  But not every one has that.  Not everyone has someone to check in on them every day as my daughter does.

I know if I need anything, all I have to do is call for help and someone will be available.

Remember we all stumble, every one of us.  That’s why its a comfort to go hand in hand.

Enlly Kimbrough

Nobody is good at everything.  You need me and I need you. Nobody has every talent. We were all made to work together. This applies in all parts of life, our work, our marriages, our families, our towns and communities.

We need each ather as we need the earth we share.

So true! Like you, I'm so thankful to be a part of great family support system. I feel so bad for the people who are all alone during this time, especially those who can't even connect with others through social media.

It is great you have a fantastic support network Ma! We all need it these days in some form or another! I saw a story on the news here that one of the local nursing homes has their residents asking for penpals to write to them to be able to share things with since they can't have visitors yet from family and friends.

Yes, we're so blessed to know help is there for the asking! Now, more than ever, it's key to realize not everyone is as fortunate. As a matter of fact, our Pastor Janet has invited someone involved in prison ministry (before Covid) to come speak to our Bible study gals about sending postcards to inmates who - for one reason or another - don't receive correspondence.

I totally agree -without it you have nothing.
