Chapter 11,Page 21, Book 19

We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude.

Cynthia Ozick

November 21st - Don’t take anything for granted

In all affairs it’s a healthy thing now and then to hang a question mark on the things you have long taken for granted.

Betrand Russell

It’s easy to take health an feeling good for granted.  Until we get sick.  It’s easy to take for granted the pantry that is  filled with food until we don’t have what we need.  It’s easy to take for granted our good morning cup of coffee until the coffee maker quits working.

That goes for the people in our life that we take for granted because they are with us every day until suddenly they are not there.

I take for granted my eyes which give me vision and let me experience the colors of the rainbow.  I take for granted my sense of hearing, which lets me hear the voices of my loved ones and the wonderful sounds of nature.

I take for granted my voice.whic allows me to speak to people I love
Truly there is nothing and no one in the amazing experience we call life that deserves to be taken for granted

believe that its better to be looked over than it is to be overlooked.

Mae West.

Never take any thing or any one for granted because tomorrow isn’t promised.

I take for granted the air that I breathe every day. I try to thank God for it some days. So true that we do take a lot for granted!

we must try not to take anything for granted. life is fragile, we should treat it as that.

True, what they say about not appreciating something until it's taken from you. Lost love … and even my eyesight 'going south.' I'll never forget my dad prophesizing, "One day you'll cry bitter tears."

I try not to take life for granted. Many things have reminded me personally that I took too much for granted over my life. I am trying to make amends.
