Happiness is simple when you keep it simple.

November 5th - keep it simple make it fun

It is the sweet, simple things of life which are the real ones after all.

Laura Ingals Wilder

Life is really simple but we insist on making it complicated. Living simply entails stripping away the nonessential and focusing your time and energy on the things that matter most.

I’m thankful for the simple life.  It is when we focus on what’s truly important in life that everything works out for the best.  By focusing on what’s most important, your stress levels will be lower and your health will benefit.
Stress can affect your mood, blood pressure and mental health, just to name a few.

The most simple things can bring the most happiness.  The more things you own, the more responsibilities you have, the less freedom you enjoy.  You’ll find that simple things such as walking, looking at the clouds and smelling flowers can make you happy.  A simple life gives you more freedom to enjoy life..

It is no bad thing to celebrate a simple life.

J.R.R. Tolkien

The quotes are good today, but your comment in the post of:

Is the center, and meaning of this entry to me. Because I know WE are guilty of doing exactly that.

Love you lady,

Amen! I've no idea why I presumed I was immune to stress; last Friday was a wake-up call. Some folks, like my dad, weren't so lucky.

I can tell you since being fired last week, I'm so less stressed. Hubby says I'm sleeping better. It is good to live a simple life. Just enough to get by and enjoy a few blessings is a blessing indeed.
