Chapter 8, Page 14, Book 19

You have the fredom to live and let live, to love and let love. Granting yourself that freedom is on of the healthiest, most constructive things you can do for yourself and the people that matter to you.

August 15th = Live and let live.

Everyone is fighting their own battles to be free from their past to live in the present and create a meaningful future for themselves . Dont judge - have a heart

To live and let live means to accept people for what and who they are and to live your life to the fullest. We should all be able to live our lives in the manner we want, regardless of what others think. As long as we are not hurting or disrespecting others, I think it important to be ourselves. To be able to be tolerant and let people have their differences and not want everyoneto be all the same.

The more we judge and compare. the less accepting we become. Itwasy to say but hard to do in a lot of cases, because we have preconceived ideas of how life should be lived. But, we can hove our differences and still show respect for others way of life. It’s similar to the golden rule in principal. Do unto others as you would have them do to you.

Live and Let live , as it is and always will be , the right motto for our times in order that we may live in peace together.

Life is short, live it.
Love is rare, grab it.
Anger is bad, let go of it.
Fear is a mind killer, face it.
Memories are sweet, cherish them.

Do to others, as you'd have them do to you.

I like that line from the quote. Don't judge, have a heart. That is very wise advice! It is so easy to judge but it is better not to and indeed have a heart!

If not careful we will judge before we try love. Being always on guard helps. The same gem hit Betty as hit me: Don't judge, have a heart. Somehow tht just made sense.

I read Billy Graham's daily devotions and it was on forgiveness - which some times can be hard. It said to look or try to look at them the way God looks at them. Love, sandie
