Doubt has a way of getting under our skin, Its a feeling that we are not good enough.  We can either trust ourselves and try again, or give into the feelings that discourage persistencepositivity and faith in ones self.

It’s our choice to believe in ourselves or to doubt.  We are what we think. If we think we can, we can.  If we think we can’t, we can’t.  We can control our thoughts. We all have a mind of our own, capable of imagining life the way we want it.

One of our biggest problems as humans is our concern of what others think we are. Nothing wrong with that as long as it doesn't possess us to change WHO we are.

Have you ever heard of a horse whisperer - I think we have to be like that to ourselves - we have to tell ourselves we are good - we are okay - things are okay. You have to be positive to yourself - even when you are around toxic people.

I agree that we can control what we think about. I've been trying that. As soon as a thought comes into my head that I don't want to have, I try to divert it and not dwell on it. Its been working!
