Chapter 3, Page 21, Book 19

Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal.

Henry Ford

March 21st - obstacles

If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.

Frank A. Clark

Life is never easy.  There are always going obstacles and hurdles to get over. The only way we can get where we want to be is to set goals and stick with them.  We have to know where we want to be in order to be where we want to be.
There is no stopping circumstances that come our way.  We don’t have control over them, but we can always control our attitude to what happens.

Obstacles are often blessings in disguise.  They can be your best friend and wisest teacher.  Obstacles teach us courage to improve our situation and ourselves.

We can turn obstacles into opportunity and problems into possibilities.  Focus on what you can do and not what you can’t.

Life’s problems wouldn’t be called hurdles if there wasn’t a way to get over them.

Keep your focus on what is important in life. Don't give up!

In my 80 years I have ran into things I thought were impossible to 'live' thru, but 'voila', here I am. Yes losing sight of the 'important things' and being side tracked by obstacles makes life even more complicated. Good advice, 'Keep the eye on the goal.'

Yes- there are always obstacles in life and we DO get through them because we have to do so. Some are easier than others though.
Have a wonderful Thursday- xo Diana

We need to make sure we are always not being stopped by our obstacles but continue to work past them. That's how I think we succeed in living this life of ours.

And I would add taking your eyes off the Lord!

That second slide (meme?) is one of my very favorites! Were it not for the broken roads I've travelled, surely I wouldn't appreciate times of smooth sailing.
