Nothing erases unpleasant thoughts more effectively
than conscious concentration on pleasant ones.
People often go to extremes when it comes to keeping healthy, but we don’t often think of our thoughts as a way of healthy living. However, it is a fact that positive thinkers are healthier and less stressed. They also have greater over all sense of well being.
Positive thinking can also play a major part in our resilience, our ability to bounce back after a traumatic event. It is more than just being happy or displaying an upbeat attitude. Positive thoughts help to create real value in our life When we think about joy, contentment and love, we will be happier and healthier too.
You are what you think, not what you eat.
Keep your thoughts right—for as you think, so are you.
Thoughts are things, therefore, think only the things that
will make life better and you unashamed.
