Day 5 - hope is a gift

As long as there’s Christmas, I truly believe
That hope is the greatest of the gifts we’ll receive.

Don Black

Hope is one of the greatest assets in the entire world .  It is one of greatest treasures we can ever find for ourselves.  And it is one of the greatest gifts we can give.

Unwrap the gift of hope.

See the good in others. Believe in their greatest potential.  And encourage often.  There is never a wrong time to give hope

Faith makes all things possible
Hope makes all things work,
Love makes all things beautiful

No matter how dark the moment, love and hope are always possible.

Believe is the word for the season.

That last slide with the cardinals … I LOVE!
To me, hope is like a candle ….. or a faint, far-away star on a dark night, reminding me I'm not alone.

I think HOPE has kept me going many times when it would have been easy to give up otherwise. Even in the darkest moments I believe we can be granted hope. xo Diana

I agree. How horrid it must be for those who have given up hope. And as for believing the best of other people? Absolutely. We may be disappointed from time to time, but I think most people work very hard to be worthy of our high expectations of their character. A kind word of support may be all it takes to help someone succeed.

I like the globe with the Christmas tree in it. So festive! It is always good to give hope to others and to encourage them, especially when people are going through tough times.

I have to think of a new word to concentrate on this next year - that is a good one.
