Chapter 11, Page 20, Book 18

Laughter lifts us over high ridges and lights up dark valleys in  a way that makes life so much easier.  It is a priceless gem, a gift of release and healing direct from Heaven.

Alan Cohen

Today I’m thankful for laughter

If you are too busy to laugh, you are too busy.

I think that gratitude brings joy and laughter in to our lives.  Gratitude and joy go hand in hand like turkey and stuffing.

Gratitude and shared laughter strengthens our relationships. Laughter is the best medicine for the soul.   Laughter improves our heart health.

On my thankful list for today:

6538. for peanut butter good and good for you
6539. for a hair cut, I’ll feel better
6540. for a full refrigerator

I am thankful for the gift of laughter.  For chuckles and guffaws, for giggles and grins. Laughter is a gift that we can share with each other.  It’s a gift that keeps on giving and it never goes out of style.

Wit and wisdom enlivens and enlightens our lives.

Always laugh when you can; it is cheap medicine.  Merriment is a philosophy not well understood.  It is the sunny side of existence.

Lord Byron

I love to see all your family and you laughing!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wonderful. I am making little verses on pieces of paper - and putting in a music box playing Amazing Grace by Elvis. I am going to give this to Andy one day.

If you are too busy to laugh, you are too busy.

This is going in it!

These photos so define sheer joy! Is there anything more pure than a child's laughter? I don't think so.
