For today and its blessings, I owe the world an attitude of gratitude.

It’s Thankful Month
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
November is always THANKFUL month for me so from here on until December, every post will be about being thankful. There are so many things to be thankful for that it won’t be hard at all to fill the the days with thankfulness.
I intermix the words gratitude and thankfulness. According to the dictionary to be thankful is to be appreciative of benefits received and gratitude is more like having a sense of thankfulness and the feeling is from within.
A thankful person is one feeling or showing gratitude. I’m very a thankful person.
Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.
William Arthur Ward
Today I’m thankful for FAMILY
My family are my friends and many of my friends are like family. We consist of many sizes, shapes and ages. Of my immediate family I’m probably the oldest, but I do have a few aunts and uncles that are older.
My family is the reason for much of what I do. They are my inspiration and my motivation. They give me a reason to keep on keeping on.
Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family. Whatever ever you call it, whatever you are, you need one.
I’ve been counting my blessings everyday for quite awhile now and keep track of what I’m thankful for.
On my thankful list today is:
6481. for good cooks everywhere
6482. for a full pantry cupboard
6483. for something to keep me busy
Gratitude helps you grow and expand; gratitude brings joy and laughter
into your life and into the lives of those around you
