Chapter 8, Page 29, Book 18

The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.

Franklin D. Roosevelt

At the very core of worry is doubt

Doubt kills more dreams that failure every will.

Suzy Kassem

Worrying will cause doubt and neither one is good for us.  The beauty is that we don’t have to live that way.  We don’t need to worry about tomorrow.  Banishing doubts and worries can be as simple as thinking positive.

Worry, doubt and fear can take away all the joy in our lives. But it doesn’t have to be that way. We can replace the negative thoughts with positive ones.  It’s our choice.

There is an old saying that says:  don’t worry, pray instead.    Happy people tend to give thanks for the many blessings in life rather than worrying or doubting.

Life is all about prioritizing the things matter most in our life.  True happiness may depend on how we view the world and what we think about.  It’s always good to be positive and let go of the negative.

You are as young as your faith, as old as your doubt, as young as your self confidence, as old as your fear, as young as your hope, as old as your despair.

Samuel Ullman

It reminds me of Scarlet O'Hara when she said, "After all, tomorrow is another day!" lol I try to take one day at a time and not stress about things. xo Diana

So true that worry doesn't help us in any way and causes us to be more stressed, anxious, etc. Was just thinking about something similar today. Will be traveling over the next few days on a plane, which I'm not fond of. I realized today that I have the choice on my attitude about it and instead of worrying about it, I'm going to try to enjoy it. We'll see how I do with it, LOL :)

I think sometime doubt is a cop out too - if you are afraid to try and you don't - then you have an excuse for not failing but you are not trying either. So you are not a failure.

Boy, I could write a book about self-doubt and worry … that it's an inherited thing. But like CC just wrote, in a way that's a cop-out.
Just color me content in my little nest, counting my blessings!

doubt is worrisome. "It’s always good to be positive and let go of the negative."
