Chapter 5, Page 4, Book 18

The real measure of your wealth is how much you’d be worth if you lost all your money.

Author Unknown

The best things in life are free…

Nowadays people know the price of everything and the value of nothing.

Oscar Wilde

Wealth is not about having a lot of money.  What I value most didn’t cost a cent.  Material blessings are great, but happiness doesn’t come from the items we own.

The best things in life a free, you can’t even buy them in a store.    Take for instance, the sun.  It’s probably the most taken for granted object, but without we would not exist.

There are so many things we value that are priceless.

We cannot buy time, we cannot buy health, we cannot buy happiness or courage. Money cannot buy love.

You aren’t wealthy until you have something money can’t buy.

Garth Brooks

So much wtsdom in this short blog post. Something young people need to learn early in life. Could save them heartache along the way. Money truly does not buy happiness indeed.

This pix of the sunflower sure underscores your message! So true, as I get older that it's the little - sometimes insignificant - things that bring me the most pleasure.
Aging can bring with it physical aches and sometimes grief ... but oh, what gifts of perspective and appreciation we're given!

being wealthy isn't just about things, it's true. "You aren’t wealthy until you have something money can’t buy."

and unknown with the one about our value after we lose all our money, SPOT ON!

I’ve never heard that quote about how much you’d be worth if you lost all your money.
That’s profound.
