I’m retired and these days I rest more than I work, but Sundays are still a day to relax for me. Time to go for a walk, catch up with family, read the papers and general take it easy.
Rest and relaxation are basic necessities. Taking time to chill out and relax is important to both mental and physical health, particularly if you are going through a stressful time.
The time to relax is when you don’t have time for it.

Relaxation can help us to feel happier. Whether we let our thoughts drift aimlessly, read a good book or listen to music, the act of resting relieves stress and allows us to feel content.
