Chapter 11, Page 6, Book 17

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Today I’m thankful for peace of mind and heart

With every day that passes by, I am starting to realize more and more how valuable peace of mind really is, and how important it is to our happiness, health, and well being.

Gratitude is one of the sweet shortcuts to finding peace of mind and happiness inside .

No amount of regret changes the past.  No amount of anxiety changes the future.  But any amount of gratitude changes the present.

Peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart.

That is so true about the amount of gratitude changes the present. These days with so much going on in the world around us, we do need to focus on gratitude and thanksgiving.
