Chapter 10, Page 7, Book 17

Just for today I will remember that everyone has challenges of their own

Remember that everyone you meet is afraid of something, loves something and has lost something.

H. Jackson Brown, Jr.

We all face challenges of one kind or another.  Sometimes it’s a challenge for me to get out of bed in the mornings, especially when it’s still dark out.

Difficulties will occur in everyone's life. We are typically much more aware of our own difficulties than those of others. This can easily breed unwarranted envy. But knowing that everyone has challenges in life can make your own easier to cope with.

Treat each person as if their heart was breaking. More often than not, you will be right.

David Weedmark

Everyone has their own demons and is fighting their own fight. You don’t always know why they have been mean to you or why they have said or done certain things. Assumptions made about others can be false and most of the time they are. Be aware  of the fact that each person you meet could be struggling in his or her own way and being kind might remind them that they, too, should be kind.

When you can be the sunshine in someone's life, or the warm rain, why would you be the cold north wind?

Robert Brault

We all have challenges to face for sure. Understanding we are all in the same boat makes a difference. "Assumptions made about others can be false and most of the time they are. "

I try to have the attitude that people are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. It can be a struggle out there for all of us, so we must learn how to treat us and each other kindly.

It is so easy to judge someone by one action during a tough time. It is tough to continue think of, but yep, we all have challenges others no nothing of. But Life is good.

For sure, I know someone whose life seem tinged with fairy dust. I don't know that I envy her; it's just, there's no common ground.

... and then I go and read, "Remember that everyone you meet is afraid of something, loves something and has lost something." I don't expect to tear off her mask, but will try to remember this lesson the next time she does pushing all my buttons. :)

What remarkable words and loved the quotes and agree with each bit of it.

Challenges are best friends, they reveal and appreciate our real strength and rediscover our best version.

If we can replace with whom we judge we Will be generous.
