Chapter 12, Page 16, Book 16

♥ ¸¸.•*¨*•♫♪ It’s the Most Wonderful Season of All♥ ¸¸.•*¨*•♫♪

Let a joy keep you. Reach out your hands and take it when it runs by.

 Carl Sandburg

It is so very important to cultivate an attitude of joy.   We each have the power to choose to bring an attitude of joy and inspiration to all tasks, even those we typically dread. It’s not about what you’re doing it’s about how you’re doing it. It’s all about the attitude you bring to the activity. Joy is not so much a feeling as it is a choice!

Our attitude, not only effects how we feel, but it directly effects our ability to achieve our goals and manage our time. It even has an affect on our health.  When we are grumbling and complaining, or being less then positive, it is going to affect our overall productivity. Changing your attitude and becoming a more joyful person can have one of the biggest positive impacts on your life.

Joy is an attitude of the heart.

I’ve grown to see that joy is strength and strength is joy.  Letting my heart know that the JOY of the Lord is strong enough to handle reality. In JOY is the strength to keep moving on.

Wishing you all the joy your heart can hold today and always!

You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you.

Brian Tracy

I hadn't thought of that before with joy being strength and strength is joy, but definitely the joy of the Lord is strong enough to handle reality. Jesus didn't say "if you have trouble here" but "when you have trouble". Its expected we will go through tough times, but Jesus promised we would never be alone and he would walk with us through those times. To me, that is part of the joy of him!

I see joy most often on the faces of the very young, but it looks good on everyone.

Yup, we're all (well most of us, anyway) given a CHOICE how to respond to any situation.
JOY to the world!
