Chapter 9, Page 15, Book 14

I'm special
In all the world there's nobody like me.
Since the beginning of time, there has never been another person like me.
Nobody has my smile.  Nobody has my eyes, my nose, my hair, my voice
I'm special.

No one can be found who has my handwriting.
Nobody anywhere has my tastes - for food or music or art.  No one sees things just as I do.  In all of time there's been no one who laughs like me, no one who cries like me. And what makes me laugh and cry will never provide identical laughter and tears from anybody else, ever.  No one reacts to any situation just as I would react.
I'm special.

I am the only one in all of creation who has my set of abilities.
Oh, there will always be somebody who is better at one of the things I am good at,
but no one in the universe can reach the quality of my combination of talents, ideas, abilities, and feelings.  Like a room full of musical instruments, some may excel alone, but none can match the symphony sound when all are played together.  I am a symphony.

I am special, and I am beginning to realize it is no accident that I am special.
I am beginning to see that God made me special for a very special purpose. He must have a job for me that no one else can do as well as I.  Out of all the billions of applicants, only one is qualified, only one has the right combination of what it takes.

The one is me, because...
I'm special.

I think it good to reminded about just how special and unique each and every one of us is.  There truly is no one else that is just like me.  Some might think that is a good thing.  Others don’t think there is much of anything special about me.  But I’ve done some things that others can not do and since I’m still here I must  still have a special purpose to fulfill.

Too often we spend time wishing to be like somebody else.  I have come to learn that we are all special and perfect in our own ways, and we must rejoice in the gift of life. We all have a purpose and we all have special, unique talents no one else has. Whenever you see the good of another,  try to be happy for them. Let them inspire you to do the best for yourself too. When we envy and let jealousy take hold,  we block our own blessings.

We all live different lifestyles, some have more than others, but we all have something about us that makes us unique and in our differences we are all special.

Every day you are alive is a special occasion. Every minute, every breath, is a gift from God.

I'm smiling. My daddy said he was glad there was just one of me...
Have a great day up there...

So true that we are all special. And so difficult when we want to be someone that we weren't meant to be. I think it is a good thing when we can accept ourselves just as we are and realize that we indeed are special, especially of course to God!

LOVE it, love it, "An original is always worth more than a copy." So true. Be yourself, for sure.
