Chapter 3, Page 5, Book 11

What's important is...

not what kind of car you drive,
but rather how many people you give a lift.

What's important is...
not the size of your house,
but rather the number of people you welcome into your home.

What's important is...
not your social status,
but whether you live your life with class.

What's important is...
not what you possess,
but rather what you give.

What's important is...
not how many friends you have,
but rather how many to whom you are a friend.

What's important is...
not how much overtime you worked,
but rather if you work overtime for your family and loved ones.

What's important is...
not if you live in a great neighborhood,
but rather how you treat your neighbor

It's Super Saturday!

Here at my house today I'm going to try and get some things done that I cannot do while I have my little grandson here during the week. I have shopping to do and odds and ends that will probably take up most of the day. It's supposed to be raining here so that won't be very nice to be running around in but I have my boots and a waterproof coat so I'll stay dry. Once again our snow is being washed away. Tomorrow though we are to get more snow.

That is the way March goes here in Northern Ohio. I am trying to be patient when I hear about those that already have blossoms on trees and flowers blooming. I am so wanting Spring to come. It won't be long now and winter will be just a memory.

Still and all I am happy. There is nothing going in my life to complain about and I continue to count my blessings every day. I read the little quote below in one of my devotionals:

We will never enjoy life unless we make a quality decision to do so.

I made that decision long ago, Each day is a gift and I'm thankful for it. I hope your Saturday is a SUPER one and that you enjoy it to the fullest!

That is so true. Hope you have a good weekend and that you and we don'
t get any accululation. We are having steady rain and that 14" that has been on the ground are leaving now. Messy messy messy.

Love from above you!!

Enjoy your day! Even though we have buds & blooms we are back into a cooler snap. It's windy & wet! I have the fireplace going at the moment! It feels so good!

Our snow hasn't been melting at all. I heard we are suppose to have cool temps for the next several months in our area. It's a dull day here, great for quilting though which I plan on doing. Hope you are able to get everything done you plan to do today. Have a good one. Hugs

I like that quote from your devotional book Ma! That is so true on how we can choose to live life and it is evidenced in your writing here that you do enjoy your life!!

hoping you got all your errands done today and that the snow won't be much tomorrow; snow on top of rain is never a good thing indeed so be safe!
