Keep Believing

This week we will study faithfulness as a characteristic of the fruit that the Spirit grows in our lives. God is infinitely faithful, and we too can be characterized by faithfulness.

The Lord is faithfull to all his promises and loving toward all he has made.

Psalm 145:13

Faithfulness is believing the reality of a sovereign God... Believing that He is and believing in what He says.

The degree of our faithfulness is the direct result of our regard for God's faithfulness. He is worth believing !

In Exodus 34:1-6 we read of a God abounding in love and faithfulness.

His love is exceedingly abundant in faithfulness for all His children.

Psalm 34:4

For Upright is the word of the Lord, and all his works are trustworthy

In Psalm 117:2 it says- the fidelity of the Lord lasts forever.

He is certan, true, and enduring

His Word exists
His Word is truth,
And His Word will last forever

God expressed faithfulness to us in Christ, and Christ expressed His faithfulness to us in the Holy Spirit. Only through the Holy Spirit can we express our faithfulness to Him.

I thank God for the ways He has made himself 'believable' to me. I rejoice in his faithfulness.

'On Ya' ma

Tomorrow we will learn more about the faithfulness of God's people.
