It takes hands to build a house, but only hearts can build a home.

Another quiet evening at home...

The Lord will guide you always, he will
satisfy your needs...You will be like a
well-watered garden, like a spring
whose waters never fail.
Isaiah 58:11

I've been reading and relaxing so far this evening, but I do have to 'shine my sink' and do a few things around the house. It's much too easy to be lazy when you're by yourself. For years I'd hurry home from work, fix dinner, do homework with the kids, give baths, tell stories and say prayers before tucking 7 little ones into bed. And once they were in bed, I had plenty of other chores to do. Now here I am on the computer telling stories...oh my, I'd best get busy.

Grandma Quote for Today
A child outgrows your lap, but never outgrows your heart.

We express our life through our work and our interests.
