Chapter 11, Page 29, Book 29 - Thankful Pictures Photo Hunt

Warningwarning:  Advent Virus

Be on the Alert for symptoms of inner hope, love, joy and peace.

Yes it’s that time of year once again and I wanted to send this alert

The hearts of a great many have already been exposed to this virus ad it’s possible that people every where could come down with it in epidemic proportions.  This could pose a serious threat to what has, up to now been a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world.

Some signs and symptoms of the Advent virus:

- A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.
Am unmistable ability to enjoy each moment
A loss of interest in judging other people.
A Loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.
A loss of interest in conflict.
A loss of the ability to worry, This is a very serious symptom.
Frequesnt, overwhelming episodes of appreciation
Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.
Frequent attacks of smiling.
An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than to make them happen.

An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well  as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.

Please send this warning out to all your friends.  This virus can and has effected many systems.  Some systems have been completely cleaned out because of it.

Day 29 - thankful for Advent,  a season of preparation and anticipation.

Advent like itcousin Lent, is a season for prayer and reformation of our hearts.  Since it comes of winter time, fire is a fitting sign to help us celebrate Advent.  If Christ is to come more fully in our lives this Christmas, If God is to become really incarnate for us, the fire will have to be present in our prayer.  Our worship and devotions will have to stoke the kind of fire in our souls that can truly cleanse our hearts. Ours is a great responsibility not to waste this Advent time.

Before the end of my Thankful posts and the end of November, I wanted to play along with the THANKFUL Picture Photo Hunt that was suggested by one of our fellow bloggers, Martha, at Seaside Simplicity.

Nice Day

Ultimate feast

Love all around us

This December I will be bringing you everything Christmas!

The Lord is coming, always coming.  When you have ears to hear and eyes to see, you will recognize him at any moment of your life.  Life is Advent; life is recognizing the coming of the Lord.

Note  I had wanted to share pictures from Yesterday's family feast but blogger won't let me add new pictures so I had to make do with the ones from the google Albums archive.

We did have a beautiful outdoor Thanksgiving. I sat around their camp fire most of the day and we participated in a zoom call with those that weren't there.

Great choices for the scavenger hunt, Ma! I hope we'll have an opportunity to something like this again.
I, too, loved the Virus and will be copying/pasting to FB. Thanks!
