Reflect On your present blessings, on which every man has many, not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.
Being grateful is not something to practice once a year. Building a habit of acknowledging all the good in life will add more meaning to your life . It’s a reminder that we’re part of something bigger than ourselves.
We grow in the direction of what we regularly focus on. Being thankful promotes a positive mindset— daily gratitude will dramatically improve your well being.
So don’t limit it to just one day.
