The heart that gives thanks is a happy one, for we cannot feel thankful and unhappy at the same time.
November 15th - Thankful Sunday
When it comes to life the critical thing is whether you take things for granted or take them gratitude.
Today I’m feeling very happy. I’ve been thinking about all the blessings that have come my way this week. I was able to get out and do my shopping. Everyone I saw was considerate and had their face masks on. I’m going to a party today to celebrate two of my granddaughters birthdays. It will be a small family gathering, but we will all make it a happy birthday for the girls. We are planning a family thanksgiving this year and hopefully will be able to celebrate outside. Everyone will wear masks and we’ll be outside where there is plenty of room to spread out. Family has always been so important to all of us that everyone is willing to brave the weather here Ohio just so we can be together.
My health and that of my family has remained good throughout all this virus pandomenic. I’m very thankful we’ve all kept safe.
I’m happy today and hope to keep that way as I continue to be thankful every day nut just in November..
You cannot be thankful and sad at the same time.
Gratitude and attitude are not challenges, they are choices.
