Chapter 10, Page 21, Book 20

Loving yourself creates ease and grace in all things.

October 21st - You are valuable just as you are

We should all take the time to care about ourselves.  We are all uniquely and wonderful made. Each one of us is a precious gift.  No one else is like you and we all have a reason for being. We are each one of a kind.

We should never compare ourselves to another. because there is only one you so it’s a waste of time. So be who you are and be happy with that. All we need to do is be ourselves.

No on can make you feel inferior without your consent.

Eleanor Roosevelt

Loving ourselves isn’t meant to be arrogant or pushy,  We are no better than anyone else, but we are just as good. To love yourself means to accept yourself as you are and to come to terms with those aspects of yourself that you cannot change. It means to have self respect, a positive self image and unconditional self acceptance.

To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.

Ralph Waldo Emerson

We live with ourselves our whole life through so we might as well like who we are living with.  It isn’t that we’re more important than anyone else, but we are just as important as they are. No one is any better than someone else.  We are all worth loving.

We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and imperfections.  If we cannot love ourselves, we can not fully open our ability to love others or our potential to create.

John Lennon

Love Mrs. Roosevelt's wisdom! Took me a long time to realize self-care isn't selfish.

I find it hard sometimes to love myself but really I need to love myself if I am going to love and be loving to others.
