Chapter 9, Page 20, Book 20

Start each day with a positive thought and a grateful heart

Roy T. Bennett

September 20th - Thankful Sunday
Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously.  And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.

Ralph Waldo Emerson

If you are grateful, you should be saying thank you to who ever made you grateful.  Most my thanks goes to God, who gives me all good things.  As has been my habit for the past few months, this Sunday is full of gratefulness to God for keeping my family safe and secure in these days of the coronavirus.  Thankfully, they are all happy and safe.  So am I.

What a blessing it is to wake up each day and know every one is safe and happy.  That we get a new day, a new week to continue on our journey of life.

I try to say Thank You as often as I can.  Some days are nothing but more and more to be thankful for.  I think when you appreciate what you have and show it, there will be more and more in your life to appreciate.  When I consider what I’m thankful for I can’t be anything but happy.  You can not be grateful and sad at the same time.  So why not think about all the things you are grateful for and be happy.

Wishing you all a wonderful Sunday filled with lots to be thankful for !

Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.

William Arthur Ward.

I am sure thankful that everyone in my family are all healthy and safe. My nephew and his daughter both had the virus and thank God both were mild cases and they both made a fully recovery. I pray that my sons and their friends will remain safe while traveling. Have a great Sunday Ma!

Our pastor spoke about this very thing this morning! There's no room for negativity when you're looking up and praising God from who all blessings flow.

My gem for today: You can not be grateful and sad at the same time. So why not think about all the things you are grateful for and be happy. ......

So today we got to view our hometown church and pastor on the internet without a hitch. the motions and mouths were all in sinc with the voices. We do not always get that and it is distracting. SO WE ARE GRATEFUL!
Love your way from a rainy Florida.
