Because when you are grateful for the things you have, you’ll be far more aware that your problems are far from what defines you and there is no need to let them overshadow your outlook on life.
You may be surprised at how many blessings you have when you get into the habit of looking for them. Try to notice the good things in life, because you always have a least one thing to be thankful for.
By choosing to notice the beautiful things that life sends your way, you’ll start to notice them more and your problems less. It will make you a happier person and change the attitude with which you approach lives problems.
Remember, as long as you’re breathing, you always have a least one thing to be thankful for.
