The secret of happiness to count your blessings while others are adding up their troubles.
Whenever I get sad or stressed out, all I have to do is count my blessings and I immediately feel relief.When you count your blessings, you cannot help but be happy and the good news is there truly is always something to be thankful for.
Things can always be worse than they are, but focusing on the bad or negative will get you nowhere fast. Stay positive and grateful for all that is around you.
Gratitude changes our perspective and outlook on life. It’s impossible to be thankful and negative at the same time. Having a thankful attitude has the power to turn around a perfectly lousy day.
So much of our happiness has to do with our focus, what we’re dwelling on in our mind. That’s why when we put our focus on all the great things we have , it breathes hope into our thoughts and moods and our entire day.
There are so many things we take for granted on a daily basis. It’s often the little things that we don’t think about that we would really miss if they went away
Count your blessings. You are one of a kind. There’s no one in the world like you. You are amazing !
