Chapter 10, Page 5, Book 19

The secret to a rich life is to have more beginnings than endings.

Dave Weinbaum

October 5th-it’s never too late

The beginning is the half of every action.

It’s never to late to reshape, remold, reconnect, and begin again.  The older I get, the more I learn and this is one of many lessons I’ve learned…it is never too late.

It’s never too late to spin things around for the better. To leave what’s been broken and acknowledge that you can’t put it back together exactly how it was. To smile at the things you cannot replace, cannot fix, cannot make perfect.

There’s a big difference between giving up and starting over in the right direction.  And there are three little words that can release you from your past regrets and guide you forward to a positive new beginning.

These words are: from now on…

He who chooses the beginning of a road chooses the place it leads to. It is the means that determine the end.

Harry Emerson Fosdick

I truly needed to read this post today. At times I think I feel soooo old, then Days will come around and I feel like I should...those days seem to be rarer. LOL But I know to stop is to start to die and oh boy, I am not ready for that. Yikes. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie

Oh, I've got to share this with my Bible study ladies. So many, it turns out, have also experienced a 'messy middle.'
From now on, indeed!

I do agree, Ma. Its never too late to regroup, rethink, change some things in our lives. No matter where we've been, there is always hope for something different happening if we focus on what that change needs to be and then make it.

We still remember out twins singing that ditty you put in your comment. LOL 'Pick yourself up!'
Enjoyed the read, I missed it yesterday somehow with our visitors.
I must quote you: The older I get, the more I learn and this is one of many lessons I’ve learned…it is never too late.

Thanks, Imma try to hold on to that.

I love the opening quote and I've never heard it. I love quotes and have for a long time. It's not often I come across one I've never read :)
