Chapter 10, Page 21, Book 19

Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much

Helen Keller

October 21st. - were stronger together

The truth is that there is stresnth in numbers.  Two can always do better than one.  The say the more, the merrier and its true.  Togetherness is an important aspect of life. It unites us, gives us security , much needed support and a sense of belonging, To belong is to be cared for and to reciprocate that caring, It is a willingness to extend our identity to a group of people or to an experience.

Togetherness can be explained as a state of being close to people whom you share a strong bond of love and affection.  It plays a key role when it comes to building teams at work, or while playing sports.  It is the essence of human life,.  It shows how important it is to stay connected.

Having others in your life whom you know you can trust helps to make sense of who we are.  It can help shape our lives by sharing.  The love, emotional support and positive energy of others can help us and make us happier . Together we have the strength to over come most any challenge that comes our way. What we do together can make the world a better place.

A dream you dream alone is only a dream.  A dream you dream together is reality.

Only last night I was telling Tom … while the work is still perplexing, I'm touched by the genuine camaraderie of several people. One even offered, "We've got your back." I've not been accustomed to that in years!

I liked that quote about family; gift from God. That is so true isn't it? It is good to have family and friends who are there for us and make life truly wonderful!

When speaking of numbers, we sometimes forget some of them. In my last post I did not mention Mevely (Myra) who is one of my favorite folks. Just wanted to clear that up. Love you lady, Good post as always.
