Chapter 9, Page 6, Book 19

It takes a little muscle and it takes a little grit,
A little true ambition and a little bit of wit.
It’s not the biggest things that make the biggest show.
It’s the little things that people do that make this old world go!

September 5th- little things make a big difference

Life is like a ten speed bike.  Most of us have gears we never use.

Charles M. Schultz

Our kindness, willingness to help, attention detail, attitude, desire to offer a possitive word, or our simple please and thank you responses will make all the difference in our life.   People tend to work harder when they know others care about them and want the best for them.  As a result our smallest actions often have the largest impact.  It doesn’t take much, but doing the little things may be the difference between playing a good game and winning.

What you say, the words you use and how and where you choose to communicate things have the potential to be available for all to see.  So reread the email for proper wording and tone before you hit send.  Think about how your text or tweet might be perceived and consider who might reading what you are posting.

Remember everyone matters, everyone has something to offer.  Be sure to encourage and remind them how important they are.  Everyone deserves a little kindness. Just a little goes a long way.

The mind is like a clock that is constantly running down. It has to be wound up daily with good thoughts.

Fulton J. Sheen

Its the small acts of kindness that make the big difference I do believe. And we are all capable of doing them too.

Lots of little things add up to a lot! Your post is important, because "it's in the details" that makes a difference.
Have a great weekend!

I do like the way you used an OLD saying to bring the POINT^ out front. "A little goes a long way!!!"
Ain't that the truth. Love the picture and graphics.
The quotes are 'spot on' for me today! Love it when that happens.

I've been known to use too many words and/or 'smiley faces' to convey emotion. Take it from me, it's TOO easy to misunderstand a terse text.
