Chapter 8, Page 10, Book 19

The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.

Franklin D. Roosevelt

August 10th - At the very core of worry is doubt

Doubt kills more dreams that failure every will.

Suzy Kassem

Worrying will cause doubt and neither one is good for us. The beauty is that we don’t have to live that way. We don’t need to worry about tomorrow. Banishing doubts and worries can be as simple as thinking positive.

Worry, doubt and fear can take away all the joy in our lives. But it doesn’t have to be that way. We can replace the negative thoughts with positive ones. It’s our choice.

There is an old saying that says: don’t worry, pray instead. Happy people tend to give thanks for the many blessings in life rather than worrying or doubting.

Life is all about prioritizing the things matter most in our life. True happiness may depend on how we view the world and what we think about. It’s always good to be positive and let go of the negative.

You are as young as your faith, as old as your doubt, as young as your self confidence, as old as your fear, as young as your hope, as old as your despair.

Do you think that people of different ages see things differently - I see this now - but I am trying to teach it to grandson who is having a hard time believing this.

If humans do not have anything to worry about, it seems we will create something, if we are not careful. And as you say constantly, worry does not accomplish anything or fix a problem. (BUT WE STILL FIN TIME TO WORRY!)
But for right now all is well with the world and life is good!

I tend to worry a lot I wish I could let it go. Maybe one day I will.
