Don’t stop until you’re proud.

June 28th - take pride in a job well done

Whatever is worth doing at all is worth doing well.

Lord Chesterfield

I like to think that anything worth doing, is worth doing well.  No since in doing a shoddy job of it when we can do better.

There is great power in the feeling of satisfaction we get with a job well done , And yes, sometimes we have to stop and catch a second wind before we con continue, but the effort is certainly worth it.

Everything we do, should be something to be proud of.  If you can’t take pride in it, it’s not worthwhile.

Sometimes it takes more than one try to get a job done well.  But practice makes perfect.  If we first don’t succeed, we try it again.  We might start out badly, but we don’t stop until we get it done to the best of our ability.

There was never a person who did anything worth doing that he did not receive more than he gave.

Henry Ward Beecher

It is good to have pride in the work one does. I know when I finish a particular chore around the house, I'm glad its done, but I also take a bit of pride in how that particular thing looks now. I do the same at work after working on a report. Take a bit of pride in accomplishing that task before moving on to the next :)

Like my parents instilled in me, if you're going to do something, do it RIGHT.

Good advice. The same advice my daddy always gave, and expected. He followed his own advice also. I am sure you do.
I am hearing thunder down here, maybe we will get some needed rain.
