Clutter is found in so many shapes and sizes. We can find it on our kitchen tables, under our beds, in our cars, and in our heads.

Clutter is in our space and in our minds. The mind is full of what is called mental clutter. Daily stress and worries and errands and projects and noise that we must tall endure inflects upon us a mind full of clutter and chaos.
Clutter is anything that gets in the way of what really matters. Its hard to be productive when you have a million different thoughts swirling around in your head.
In order to get rid of Brain Drain, we need to clear our minds in order to focus on what is most important in our lives. Clutter does that to you it drains your energy and saps away your focus.
Brain clutter is also responsible for the many things we forget. We didn’t either pay full attention or we get distracted when we have too much on our minds. It’s called brain overload.
There is no vaccine, there’s no cure. The only thing we have is self control. I’ve found that if I want to keep myself on track, I have to focus on what is important to me and then go from there.
