Each day comes bearing its own gifts. Untie the ribbons.

Some Special Gifts
Source Unknown

Here a few suggestions for special gift:

a firm handshake to a shaky soul,

a kind word to a lonely person

a warm smile to the disheartened

a sincere concern for someone troubled,

a feeling of compassion for the neglected,

a comforting thought for the bereaved,

a respect for the dignity of others

a defense of the rights of individuals,

a word of witness to help a feeling soul,

a Merry Christmas to all.

Today’s Gift suggestion is :

Mason Jar Tea Lights

If you have a mason jar and some tea lights, decorate the outside of the jar with glitter, lace, ribbons, decoupage or plain ole’ permanent markers.

Put the tea light inside and you have a gift to light up anyone’s holiday.

Remember:  the most meaningful gifts aren’t the kind you wrap at all.  They’re the kind that wrap you up in love.

A  Christmas candle is a loving thing:
It makes no noise at all,
But softly gives itself away.

So true that the best gifts of all are wrapped up in love. We made it to the first day of winter :) Now the countdown begins for spring!
