An inexhaustible good nature is one of the most precious gifts of heaven, spreading itself like oil over the troubled sea of thought, and keeping the mind smooth and equable in the roughest weather.
good nature definition: a pleasant, agreeable, or kindly disposition; amiability; geniality…
Being good natured may be part personality, but it is also part effort. As we grow up, we learn values that help us become nice people, whether it is proper manners, compassion, consideration or a combination of them all. But sometimes we are born with the capacity for goodness. It’s in our genes. Either way, a good nature seems to be something that is ingrained in us from an early age.
A gentle word, a kind look, a good-natured smile can work wonders and accomplish miracles
A sparkling smile is a Christmas gift that virtually anybody would love. It doesn’t take much time or resources to put a smile on someone’s face and start a wave of good nature.
It costs nothing, but saves much. It enriches those who receive, without impoverishing those who give one. It happens in a flash, and the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.
If you smile at someone, get you might get one back.
Good nature is worth more than knowledge, more than money, more than honor, to the persons who possess it.
