Let Go and Fly
Ships don’t sink because of the water around them; ships sink because of the water that gets in them. Don’t let what’s happening around you get inside you and weigh you down.
Just about everybody has things in their lives that weigh them down, preventing them from soaring, loving themselves and life the way it was meant to be loved, like things in their past that they wish hadn't happened.
Throwing out what's negative helps you rediscover what's positive. You can't move forward if you don't let go of the past.
If we want our life to soar to new heights, we’ve got to clear a path, reduce the burdens weighing us down, and pick up the things that give us wings.

It’s necessary to let some things go simply for the reason that they’re heavy on your heart and soul. Times of adversity will inevitably affect the conditions in which you live and work; yet you don’t have to let it affect who you are and where you’re headed.
I take comfort in the fact that God’s plan is always bigger and better than mine and recognize hat when things seem out of control, God is always in control. He is with us, and giving us the strength to take one more step.
Happiness is not determined by what’s happening around you, but rather what’s happening inside you. Most people depend on others to gain happiness, but the truth is, it always comes from within.
