Chapter 2, Page 6, Book 17

♥ ¸¸.•*¨*•♫♪Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again♥ ¸¸.•*¨*•♫♪

Remember These Words

Don't let go of hope.
Hope gives you the strength to keep
going when you feel like giving up.

Don't ever quit believing in yourself.
As long as you believe you can,
you will have a reason for trying.

Don't let anyone hold your
happiness in their hands;
hold it in yours, so it will always
be within you reach.

Don't measure success or failure by
material wealth, but by how you feel;
our feelings determine the richness
of our lives.

Don't let bad moments overcome you;
be patient, and they will pass.

Don't hesitate to reach out for help;
we all need it from time to time.

Don't run away from love but towards
love, because it is our deepest joy.

Don't wait for what you want to come to
you; go after it with all that you are,
knowing that life will meet you halfway.

Don't feel like you've lost when plans
and dreams fall short of your hopes.
Anytime you learn something new about
yourself or about life, you have progressed.

Don't do anything that takes away from
your self-respect; feeling good about
yourself is essential to feeling good
about life.

Don't ever forget how to laugh or be
too proud to cry.
It is by doing both that we live
life to its fullest.

February 6th - words of hope

Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.

Helen Keller

There is power in the spoken word. Power to build up, encourage, and honor, and power to tear down, discourage, and dishonor. Words that give hope to others.

Neither kind nor judgmental words just come to us. They come out of our mouths because we have nurtured them in our minds.

The words we speak come from within us, they’re our spoken thoughts.  If we’re filled with negativity or anger, when our thoughts manifest themselves as words, we’re telling the world exactly who we really are.

The words we choose to use every day, define us to other people.  Words can express true feelings, true emotions and wisdom. It is up to each of us to use them wisely

What's Hope?
Hope is knowing that a positive outcome awaits.

 Hope is not only expecting a dream to come true, but having a deep assurance that it's within your reach.

Hope is saying you can.

Hope is knowing that you can improve and that you always get better with practice.

Hope is knowing that you can achieve your goals through hard work and
persistence.

Hope is looking to the future with joy and having an expectation of better things to come.

Hope is the knowledge that life is everlasting, and that miracles happen every day.

Hope is something that never abandons you. Even when your life is filled with sadness and disappointment, a spark remains inside to help you get through the rough times.

Hope is one of God's greatest gifts to you, because it's the magic that inspires you to keep trying, learning, loving, and living.

I needed this affirmation this morning. "Don't ever quit believing in yourself.
As long as you believe you can, you will have a reason for trying."

So true what hope is as expressed throughout your blog this morning, Ma. We do need to keep on hoping no matter how bad a situation may be. Without hope I do believe we are lost.

Many times I wish I could be concise in writing or speaking. This was an entry of so many 'truths', it amazed me that this ws buried toward the end and jumped out at me and too charge of my mind...................

it's the magic that inspires you to keep trying....... Ain't that the truth!

That was supposed to be TOOK charge of my mind. My fingers do not do as directed all the time, but I still HOPE for better. ;-)

So many truths here!
That which resonated in particular: "Anytime you learn something new about yourself or about life, you have progressed." Nice, realizing I'm not as immobile as I might seem!
